Gilbert + Tobin: A Conversation with Rod Sims
Gilbert + Tobin are one of Australia’s largest independent corporate law firms. The livestreamed event featured a panel discussion including Rod Sims, the Chair of the ACCC.
Our team hosted the event in our Barangaroo video studio, streaming the event to Webex for 90 minutes. The 90 minute event took questions from the audience which were fed through to the panel for discussion and responses.
Live Discussion Panel
With a panel of 4, the discussion was produced through our tricaster to deliver the highest production quality. This ensured that while a panelist was speaking they received a full screen to retain audience focus.
Panelist titles, event images and overlays were also used to improve the viewer experience during the livestream.
Over 500 registrants
Having such a high attendance for the event means making sure that you’ve got a stable stream, with backups in place.

Question and answer facilitation
During the event, questions were received from viewers online and these could be fed through to the panelists. This dramatically improves engagement and audience retention.
